Refund and Returns Policy

At Go2MBA, we deliver personalized MBA admissions consulting and application support services, including strategy sessions, resume and essay reviews, interview coaching, and document drafting (e.g., referral letters and recommendation support). Because our services are customized and knowledge-based, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. General Consulting Services
- All consulting sessions (e.g., school selection, strategy coaching, interview prep) are non-refundable once delivered or commenced.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Missed sessions without notice (“no-shows”) are counted as used.
2. Resume & Essay Editing Services
- Services are non-refundable once work has commenced (i.e., once our consultants begin reviewing, editing, or drafting feedback).
- Reasonable amendments are included to ensure your satisfaction. “Reasonable” means refinements, clarifications, or polishing within the original scope and word limit.
- Major rewrites, new essays, or changes in direction (e.g., switching to a completely different career story) are not included and require a new order.
3. Document Drafting (Referral / Recommendation Letters, Statements, etc.)
- Drafting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Each drafting order includes reasonable amendments for tone, clarity, or wording adjustments.
- Substantial re‑drafting (e.g., creating a completely different version or new document for another referee/school) will be treated as a new service order.
4. Packages & Multi-School Applications
- Multi-session or multi-school packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
- Unused sessions are not refundable, but may be rescheduled or reassigned within the same admissions cycle (subject to our approval).
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- If we cannot deliver your service (e.g., consultant unavailability with no suitable replacement), a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
6. Our Commitment
While refunds are generally not offered once services have begun, we are committed to delivering professional, high‑quality consulting support. If you believe the service provided does not meet expectations, please contact us and we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
