Refund and Returns Policy
At Go2MBA, we deliver personalized MBA admissions consulting and application support services, including strategy sessions, resume and essay reviews, interview coaching, and document drafting.
Because our services are customized, advisory, and knowledge-based, this policy explains our refund, rescheduling, and cancellation approach clearly before work begins.
1. General Consulting Services
- All consulting sessions, including school selection, profile strategy, interview preparation, and application planning, are non-refundable once delivered or commenced.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
- Missed sessions without notice, including no-shows, are counted as used.
2. Resume & Essay Editing Services
- Resume, essay, and application editing services are non-refundable once work has commenced, including once our consultants begin reviewing, editing, outlining, or drafting feedback.
- Reasonable amendments are included to ensure quality and clarity. “Reasonable” means refinements, clarifications, or polishing within the original scope and agreed word limit.
- Major rewrites, new essays, new school prompts, or changes in direction, such as switching to a completely different career story, are not included and may require a new service order.
3. Document Drafting
Document drafting may include referral letters, recommendation support, application statements, career summaries, or other admissions-related written materials.
- Drafting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Each drafting order includes reasonable amendments for tone, clarity, structure, or wording adjustments.
- Substantial re-drafting, creating a completely different version, or preparing a new document for another referee, school, or application purpose will be treated as a new service order.
4. Packages & Multi-School Applications
- Multi-session, multi-school, or full application packages must be used within the validity period stated at purchase or agreed in writing.
- Unused sessions are generally not refundable, but may be rescheduled or reassigned within the same admissions cycle, subject to our approval and availability.
- Once a package has started, any refund request will be assessed based on work already delivered, time reserved, consultant involvement, and materials reviewed or prepared.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- If we are unable to deliver your service due to consultant unavailability and no suitable replacement or alternative arrangement is available, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Approved refunds will usually be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking process.
- Any bank charges, payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party fees may be deducted where applicable.
6. Our Commitment
While refunds are generally not offered once services have begun, we are committed to delivering professional, thoughtful, and high-quality MBA admissions consulting support.
If you believe the service provided does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your concern and work with you to reach a fair resolution where appropriate.
